equipmwnt doesn't give stats? and "soo" "soo"? soo is acceptable but why doesn't equipment give stats?

I ' m wondering if the author has experience with mmo? To level fast you need power so good equipments/skills are required. Someone focused on leveling and not caring about power doesn't make sense because they would level slower.
