One too many questions to ask after this chapter. It’s like it almost answered the question of who is Atlan, yet it doesn’t. The similarity in the names make readers including myself think that Atlan is Atlantis (which is way too easy and way too obvious). But then Kade‘s thoughts in this chapter neither confirms nor denies any speculations. First life it was Atlan, Atlantis in the third and “how could he leave out the second one as well”…like this doesn’t scream “they’re all the same. They’re Atlan’s reincarnation.” To me it’s more like there’s always someone close to Lina that tries to take her away from Kade. And that person isn’t necessarily Atlan’s reincarnation. Told myself I wouldn’t make predictions anymore but then where else would I share my thoughts 😆
I hate to say here we go again but I really hope they can learn from the past and truly live in the present together, letting go of all the past resentment and anger and blame. Then Atlantis is irrelevant, because no one can come between them. But Lina has to wise up and remember what Atlan did to her. Now will they actually have desert after all the innuendo????
I love Kaden possessive behavior and he has food reasons to be obsessive as well. Atlantis as a good friend is ok but not as competition because he wIll leave as fast as he returned. With a last meal in tow. I imagine Kaden is so tall and sexy handsome. It’s like staring at the cresent moon and stars admiring it’s beautiful but something mysterious about it.
