A nice introduction. Also, the quote Draejon left there brings an attitude that helps us expect what character the protagonist has.

"War does not determine who is right - only who is left." what a great line. At first i thought it was a funny pun about left (as in the direction left), so i chuckled. but then it hit me, left probably means "remains" here, it's not a cheeky pun but a profound chilling truth. so meaningful!
