how come he don't even use his subordinates and his powers correctly? I'm getting annoyed by his back and forth mentality and personality.

it's not really how powerful Amy is, but with her almost goudere trait that I find it hard she didn't take action even if just as a protective item. and its one of the plot holes for me on this novel. but don't get me wrong except from some typos it's a great read.
Siegburn:This is something that if I remember correctly, I said it a long time ago. Amy is one of the most powerful characters in the game if not the world, meaning that if she decides to attack an organization hidden in the empire, she can easily wipe out the country! That's why the script, as much as her and Desmond, makes sure to put a block on her. That's right, Amy is so broken that I have to keep her from going out, it's my fault for making her so broken but believe me if she really went out fighting, at least half of each volume would be 100 pages! The spirit sword is almost irrelevant because now he's like a Star Platinum, just pure punch, plus that sword I have it saved for one of his kids as a spoiler.
