cant wait to see if neo will change benezias fate, id say its possible, taking into account that he actively destroyed electronics planted in his own brain prropably using biotics without damaging the brain. In ny opinion indoctrination is changing brain biology and/or chemistry using nanomaschines and non audible sonic signals therefore getting an effect similar to reprogramming the geth (remember changing 2 to a 3?), benezia was able to recover for a moment somehow seperating her Psyche from her brain, in my opinion if its through nanomashines then neo should be able to destroy them, in case of altering the brain then that could be fixed through brainwashig technics(like brainwash her to be herself again) that neo knows becouse was used on him so all they need to do is put her to sleep
