Comments of chapter undefined of Dungeons Online

Alright, I think I either missed something or read too fast. Where is the revelation that it isn't just a game coming from? As far as I could tell he was told by an "in-game" character/monster that he should them irl and that's it. No weird possibilities about special characters or anything? Just straight to this must be more than just a game?
