Oh my!!! Is it the demon who wants Lucrezia as his mate? Isn’t he an original demon? He seems power hungry and an elitist if I can recall…he wanted pure demon blood only and killed his lower born mate. so maybe he also wants to eradicate the shades ?? Great turn of the story. Excited !!!!

Jasmine, the way you braid the threads of the plot is magnificent . Also, how much you linger on certain aspects is calculated and marvelous. I never get the feeling that I read filler chapters. The way you mix different POVs and the inner thoughts of the characters with the narrator's voice is also wonderful. Thank you for your work. I'm so so excited about this book and I'm so loving your new book as well - I can't wait to get in the thick of it!!

Skender seems so in control of his demon and i didn't see him destroy anything. i'm beginning to think what if this curse was a scam🤨 maybe there wasn't a curse but they made it seem like he was cursed so his parents put his demon to sleep then got killed.

Murderer may be Grandma or Lucrezia's torturer. I thought Grandma wanted to trigger his demon side that's why she killed them but how could she take two of them down by herself? Lucrezia's torturer makes more sense or they both played a part in it. Cuz that grandma was lunatic. i'm sure she did sth

You know this has got me wondering about that premonition William had im Raven’s Chapter about Skender being tortured with his blood and them dancing with a ritual of it. They assumed it was witches, but what if it was the Arch?

I'm thinking that the Destroyer allowed Skender to kill his parents but hid the memory from him. Skender was found with blood on his hands amongst the children he played with as a child.. alongside their bodies, oc.
