So, will I finally get my Skender vs Blayze moment? And if I do, will I regret ever wanting it? Cause you know, I’m generally a pacifist but there is a moment for everything and there is such a thing as crossing a line. Blayze has been looking for this for decades if not a century. Provoking him, trying to get a rise. Skender’s patience only ever makes him angrier... Of course that if Skender were to do something irreversible then I wouldn’t be happy. I don’t hate Blayze, I just think he is in need of a whooping and a fright to put him back in place. He needs a little humbling down. It wasn’t his place and it wasn’t in her interest what he did there. He’s picking up a fight and I hope he will get one. Once Skender and Roxana work things out. Talking about that... it was a pending conversation and a tough one at that. I knew she’d be furious. God, anyone would. It is just outrageous, invasive and unfair... I hope he will tell her how somehow, he felt her call, like her thoughts reached for him even when he didn’t want to hear them, how he refrained from picking things from her mind. Cause he could’ve done that. Gone through her brain like through an archive, you know... Although he did do that once... to find Heinrik and kill him... I wonder how she’ll react to that? Anyway, they’ll work it out. The fact that he could hear her thoughts is one of the reasons they have come this far, I think. As determined as he was to keep his heart shut and as broken as his trust was as well, who knows how many things he would’ve made up if he couldn’t hear her thoughts, continuously telling him how she felt about him. I mean, I remember how Rayven kept misreading and misinterpreting Angelica’s actions. Well imagine if this had been the case as well. A woman dressed as a man posing as his guard... Cause demon or not, scent or not, he would’ve known about that.... Anyway, expectan to see see things unfold. Thanks for the chapter Jas, it was a mix of many things and it also made me laugh, Child with wings... oh my 🤣🤣. Looks like Blaze is showing some signs of envy to go along with his wrath....

Blayze should not have told Roxana about the ability of demons to read minds. That was not his place. Is Blayze jealous of the relationship Alexader has with Roxana? Very likely, Roxana will be confused when she learns that the demons can not read the minds of Angelica and William. Roxana needs to know abou the history of Angelica and William as it pertains to “prophetic blood”.

easy now Roxana! Skender might not have told you this yet, but he did not take advantage of your feelings nor his actions bout you. He was protecting you in a way from himself as he's in combat with his own feelings, that he might hurt you in the process.
