Painful, difficult, but beautiful and appropriate. A big relief after the last chapter, and I am still looking forward the next one. I believe it won’t be less intriguing and interesting. Poor Roxana is so overwhelmed! Between the trip and everything that happened since she got back it’s no wonder she can’t stop crying. I am glad Skender was kind to her when she was in such a vulnerable position and needed it most.

This is a great chapter Jazz. She is finally a woman and still a guard at court in service to the king. Roxana it will get better soon.

I feel like the guards who she was close with before will still have a friendship with her and even look out for her. This actually does make it easier for Skender to pursue her in a way. Everyone knows she’s a woman and if the King gets closer to her I think people in the court and gaurds will expect it. But….will she be able to handle that he’s a demon?

In my opinion, Roxana cried with tears of gratitude because of the unexpected manner in which Alexander protected her. Roxana became freed from the fear of receiving the ultimate punishment. She had expected the worse to happen to her; but instead, she got special medical care from the man of her dreams. I can harly wait for Alexander to heal Roxana’s wounds in the same manner that Rayven healed Angelicia’s.

I believe Roxana is relieved, but also overwhelming with everything and a little exhausted from the trip and having to fight. Skender is falling deeper in love, but not sure he can handle it if Roxana denied him because of his demon. I am still wondering what is going to happen when Rayven and Angelica's baby is born. Will that give Skender and Roxana the push that they need? I am excited to find out more.

I can't wait til these 2 finally give in to their feelings... This story is so good Jazzy❤❤
