Angelica is safe in the basement I hate to say but I fear for William. The boy has training but what happens when he tries to fight for his sister?

Oh Angelica she had hoped her father had changed but instead he is determined to do what he wants to inspite of the consequences to his children. I do hope that somehow she is found in time. I know it is mentioned how her father was executed by the king for being a traitor so I am wondering if he is caught in the act or if she gets out and warns. But I still wonder who is she running from to run to Rayven 🤔 Are the others chasing her or is it the towns people? Could that be part of a sneaky plan set up to get her to go to Rayven by those ladies who seem to push him fo regain his heart? Is William at home now or is he out so he didnt hear her being dragged to the basement? What will he do once he realizes he cant find her will he ask Rayven for help? So many questions, cant wait to read the next chapter 😁❤

How will her father explain to William her disappearance? When he fails to kill the king, how will she get out?

So…her father knows he’s a demon, but still thinks he can walk right into the castle and kill him like he’s a man!? What could possibly go wrong?

It is clear that Angelica has some form of power over Rayven. His unconscious desire to have her as his limits how overtly cruel he is to her. Rayven is trying to protect his heart from the pain of Angelica’s possible rejection of his future romantic advances.

Oh jeez, this is not good. Where is William and who will protect him with her locked up? How will she get out of the locked room and will they believe she wasn’t involved?

So her father is so stupid to think he can kill the evil king without realizing possibly the other six with them are just as evil? And right now who is the evil being?

Hopefully William finds out where she is and frees her. He hides while she goes running to Rayven for help. Her father has lost his marbles if he truly thinks he can execute his "assassination of the king plan" secretly and without consequences to their family. Yes he has pull with some of the people and knows alot of things about the castle and the the army/guards. He knows that the king is a monster and probably will k*ll him as a monster or have him executed as the king for conspiring to get him. Either way dude is playing a losing hand. And someone has to stop him.

wow this was stressful but she's to blame here. she still thought she can convince her father. Girl your father don't care about you anyway he was ready to sell off you two days ago. i hope she will be safe and what about William now?

I need to know where William is when she is going to Ravyens. I hope he is safe. This is the stuff that keeps you on the edge of your seat

Wow. Even though i know from the synopsis this has to happen to move the story forward, it is still so shocking and sad. After enjoying how Angelica and Rayven’s relationship is developing, these next few chapters are going to be much harder to read i think. 🥺
