PLEASE READ THIS! Hello everyone. Thank you for staying patient throught the confusion. If you are wondering why a chapter you already read was locked the next day, it is because the book went premium. I as the author, have to publish the chapter and then let webnovel team now that I am ready to go premium. They will then lock the chapter whenever they had time and it might be many hours later since we live in very different timezones. So you might have read it while it was free, but came back when the book went premium and the chapter got locked. When the book goes premium you have to use coins or free fast passes to unlock the chapter and that is why you think you unlocked it twice but it was never locked the first time. PRIVILEGES In my previous book I got many complaints about privilges because not many readers understand how it works. You purchase privilges everymonth. There is a fee you pay to get access to the privilged chapters then you pay with coins to unlock the privilged chapters. So it is two different costs. One that is the chapter price which can vary depending on how long the chapter is. The longer the more coins it costs. And then there is the monthly privilege fee which right now is 1 coin to get access to 2 chapters ahead. The 1 coins is for the whole month. I only have one tier for now that is automatically set when going premium, because of the new app updates. A second and a third tier will have a different monthly fee but the chapter price always depends on chapter length. You can ONLY use coins to unlock privilged chapters. NO FAST PASSES work NO PRIVILEGE If you don't want to purchase privilged chapters or can't then don't worry. Everytime I update there will be a chapter for both privilged readers and non privileged readers (except for this one time since I don't have that many chapters stockpiled). I appreciate everyone's support whether you are privilged or not, so please don't be disheartened. Remember that you can read the whole book for free using fast passes if you wish too. I see what Lucrezia did there! If Skender is sloth then his punishment is to see Angelica and William suffer worse than they would have if he had just killed Lord Davis from the start. His sin brought about greater consequences for the ones he cares about and was trying to protect.
