Comments of chapter undefined of Dimensional Descent

Clearly some sort of conspiracy and clearly "Coach" Owen is closer to Leonel's family than Leonel ever knew... hmmm. Ahhh I can't wait to see what happens next time on Dragon B... Dimensional Descent!!

I wanna see this end with both Loenels coming to the logical conclusion that talking things out would be better than fighting. Then maybe they exchange some memories or something and ask the dictionary dad what's going on.

Is he a clone made in some attempt to strengthen Leonel? I know Dyon technically had something similar when he made clone himself and I haven't' gotten to that part in the Reaper of Martial World story but I assume he eventually fuses with it. Is Lionel a part of Leonel's body that was somehow grown within another woman to strengthen Leonel?
