I'm going to take a wild guess and say that alex gets stuck in here. The benefits of getting stuck seemed to outweigh the con's, though.... I imagine learning a greater yin Dao would enable him to no longer have the problem with his dantian(spelling probably incorrect), maybe even upgrading his root.
