man he has the chaos roots he might as well cultivate all elements plus Ying and yang as one lol , I mean technically speaking the author has already told us what's he's roots are gonna be like in the future ie. the book he saw at the start of the novel in the library , the one with no name đ
I was referring to chapter 155 , hope this helps , about him being at the final floor of the library searching for answers about the beasts as well his physique. and then the Mc went on and started mentioning yin like water , fiery earth golden wood of yang (I'm guessing divine wood ) and other elements that align with his 7 elemental yin and yang spiritual roots but instead of assuming it was info regarding his body , he assumed it was a place or a herb garden. But then again I'm not the author of the book so things might be different and I might ve jumped the gun too early.
The day shen jing met Alex, he had a thought about his yin cultivation, that "since he already has his method for regulating yang, I don't need to teach mine." Or something like that. The least shen jing could do before leaving is share the method seeing that alex is struggling. He would have shared it on the first day anyway.
