Comments of chapter undefined of Eternal Cultivation of Alchemy

thought it was a joke at first, but i guess their world isnt earth... wouldve been nice to know that before hand so it didnt seem so stupid to have this explained

This was, for all intents and purposes, horribly executed. 200 chapters in, and we get a random bomb shell that basically says the real world is Plane. Something that is completely random that shouldve been told in the first 5 chapters. It also kinda makes everyone in the novel look dumb

MC's home world is starting to seem just as fantastical as the game world

I actually don’ think It was executed badly. Hello people it was a SURPRISE. You can’t always be spoon fed exposition by the author at the start of the story. You get tidbits of worldbuilding which make you question your reality in relation to the story. Author just said hints were given (which they were) so get over it. I’m no simp for the story/author, however, credit given where it is due - there are much bigger character issues than this reveal.

Wth, how did we only now learn they live on a plane with no oceans ? You would think this would have een mentioned earlier.

so what this world building is telling us, is that earth logic shouldn't be applied to the MC all the time, this would be good to know when starting to read a story
