I'm glad that Mrs. Davis has repented. Her effort in apologizing to Simon means a lot to him from what I see. Though she has changed for the better, she should also understand that nobody can hide something forever, so it's better if she could accept the fact sooner.

It’s promising to witness Mrs David coming to terms with her new state of being. She is now walking in the moccasin of the hunted, role reversal. With Melanie and Simon around her continued transformation should go smoothly. Though it would be tough seeing things from the other perspective. Guilt will be something she’ll have to deal with.

I am happy that Mrs Davis finally accepted her new self. Simon is really happy that he has a new family he will protect from now on. What a charter transformation. I would have never guessed it see the day when Mrs. Davis would defend Simon to the hunters. I'm glad she took the time to reflect and does seem sincerely apologetic about her previous actions. It's not going to be easy but with time I believe the she can be at peace with her new life as a vampire.
