Oh man oh man oh man I am a nervous wreck now š¬š³ Will that crazy hunter elder tell Simon where Mel is and try to demand something or trap him or maybe Simon will break into her house and figure out how to get her out? Will he go to Connors house and wake him up? Hopefully they are prepared for the surprise attack the hunters are trying to pull by going back there now and not the next day like Connor told Julie. Man a day seems like such a long time to wait for the next chapter šµāš« All I can do is hope for it all to work out for Simon to save Mel and Julie to fix the land before the hunters fet there.
Simon I hope you can get in the room in the basement and save Mel or she may die. Maybe Conner can figure it out. Archor sounds like a real creep. I don't think I care for Mel's parents either. How can they leave her in that room full of vampires. Looks like Mel will either die or get changed into a vampire. Ugh, this cliffhanger is harsh š¤£.
I hope that Simon will rescue Mel on time before the vampire feeds on her. That old hunter need to be tortured, which I will be anticipating for Simon to do it for what he did to Mel. Julie work fast, they will reach any time now. I hope that the Mortimer group will also arrive on time so that the fight will break out between Mortimers and the Hunters affecting Veteris the minimal way possible.
I feel like their parents might not be returning and either they will be turned or killedā¦ The Vampire who moved, will he turn her or try to drain he? He for sure is thirsty and might attack Mel, and Simon will come in the last second where he would need to turn her to save her life?! Oh my I donāt knowā¦ I am so tense and excited! Ash you are killing me!

Simon stayed quite!!! š Did you think Simon would be stupid to give himself away!!! He only spoke to you because he knows Mel is in trouble!!! š³ Archer, you are going to be in a world of pain when Simi is done with you!!! š So, they are preparing? š³ Will they be ready when the hunterās arrive? Will the Mortimers arrive at the same time? š¬ Poor Mel!!! š„ŗ She went from having a family to being alone just as Julie did!!! Melanie's parents are absolutely heartless. If she does decide to become a vampire in the future they only have themselves to blame, she has been given more compassion by the Elders then her own family. It's really sad. I'm glad Simon was able to piece enough together to realize that she might not ne alright and is on his way to help. I'm just concerned about how hes going to get into the basement, hopefully breaking down the door is still an option and the Davis' haven't added something extra to the mix. How is Connor going to react when he wakes up and both hi phine and parents are gone? What a mess.
