I have a feeling that maybe Simon is working with Mel's parents and keeping tabs on Conner and Mel. At least I would rather think that then him working for Mortimer. I don't think he would go against Roman and his friends. He's been paying attention to Mel more than anything.

I am trying to think up any and every possibility or scenario with Simon and there are just so many. I can't say that he is for the Elders since they can be pains but I still deep down believe he is loyal or at least won't hurt Rome. Not sure if he knows who turned him now or if he learned who turned him recently and they are using him? So many things can be going on. He could still be playing hunter and talking about Connor and Melanie to her parents 🤷‍♀️ I mean what exactly did he do besides help Melanie get Cobbor out of the dungeon? Like I mentioned before Victoria made a comment to him on how he didn't fulfil his job but did the opposite.
