Natalie is a piece of work! Poor Keith, he really was a victim. So Roman can harness fire which is really interesting. I’m intrigued to find out the true nature of Julie’s powers. Natalie was so evil, selfish and delusional. She thought Julie was weak & yet she picked on the wrong girl. Will the Corvin find the box? If it does, I wonder when Julie will recover her powers? Donovan is very intelligent & ruthless. If and when Julie discovers her true powers, Donovan must realise that Julie & Roman are a power couple & it would be better to be an ally?! Julie’s father was mentioned in this chapter. He’s definitely going to turn up at some point. What will he want with Julie? Can’t wait to see how that plays out. Roman is so adorable although he’d hate to be described as so. His memory with Petronilla shows us just how much Julie means to him. The way he has great plans for their intimacy also speaks volumes.

Exciting to see characters mention in the beginning making an appearance. I think Ricky will end up being a powerful ally in the end with his ability to gather information. Natalie is dumber than Mateo and Griffin. At least the boys had an understanding of what they were going to against. Natalie just thinks shes superior no matter what. It was so satisfying when she got pushed into the portal. I wonder if Julie is going to end up finding her again.
