Geez. It’s always the ones who look innocent who are actually the villains… Sounds like Mel and Conner aren’t fully aware of their parents plans but they knew parts of it. So hasn’t anyone taken a bite from the both of them yet? They’re gonna be in real trouble if Roman reports it to the higher ups. wow that was a lot to take in. Will Rome tell the school admins on what he found out? What will happen to Mel and Conner once they are back at Veteris now that Rome knows about their family? Was it a trap to lure everyone to the arcade when Conner told everyone about their weekend plan? So many questions and I'm dying to find the answers.

Conner and Melaine parents... Why do you have to be hunters? 😭 I wonder what Conner and Melaine will do if they knew about their parents being hunters, will they decide to side with the hunters? Poor Julie, seems like none of her friends can't be trusted. And she has no real home to feel safe, Verteris is not safe for her and her house has bad memories too. Since it said that they gave Julie silver water to drink, I guess she is a mere human and not half-vampire. Maybe she will turn into a vampire further in the story? Seems like it's going to be war. Humans against the vampires.
