So Griffin is the same Griffin from Romans flashbacks and seems like hes the one who got rid of Romans “brother”🧐🧐🧐wonder when we are going to get more flashbacks or see the elders!! Glad even Roman and his group think Mr Evans is creepy too not just to the humans😬😬 Hope Julie has a fun weekend with Mel and Connor🤗🤗
Roman literally cant stop thinking about Julie and her well being. Is he becoming obsessed lol. At least he is trying to protect her and sympathizes with her background. So everyone pretty much thinks Mr. Evans is a weirdo. He is SUPER suspicious, everything he does is odd. I wonder if Maximus' idea about the wild fruits will come into play at a later time in the story? Cant wait for the weekend visit, I wonder if Rome is going to "bump" into julie and her friends while they are out at the movie?
Rome I'm also worried about Julie but what intrigues me is that if those students who drank the silver water were able to get it out of their system why does Julie still has it on her?? or is it that it has to be taken out of their body as soon as it happens otherwise it won't be possible to get it out?? But somehow I feel like that's not Julie's case maybe there's something else in her and that's why she can't be compelled, lets just wait and see what's gonna happen next I'm sure we'll find out sooner or later 😉🙂
Geez, guess what; this morning before 6am, we had no internet plus there's no water in the tap, too. So I had to use data just to read Ash's updates today, thus I had to post my comment this late; but then again WN's not responding good that I had already typed in my long comment earlier and it goes away again. 😝😁 Good thing is we have an OH storage water tank here for use while we wait for the water supply restored again. (Both problems were due to technical reasons.) Guess I could use some Silver water flushed out of Veteris, thou I wonder how it would taste like? 😬😜 It's so nice to read this coming from Roman's POV. Roman is surely getting deeply concerned with Julie that he wouldn't take away his eyes off of her or wouldn't want her missed from his sight. Maybe some time soon, they will get to spend together the weekend in the mountains where Roman and his friends go over there unlike the human students who spend it at their homes. With regards to each other's pasts, we could say that there are similarities but the difference between their pasts lies with the impact that had been left into their whole being. Through this, Roman was able to see himself in Julie; thou he deemed what had happened in his past had left a scar in him in comparison with Julie's that he deemed was only a scratch. Maybe this tells us that what Roman have had witnessed and encountered in the past was more than too much that he could take in or bear with it that it had almost made him feel so vulnerable and helpless. That's why I think that Roman is so protective of Julie because he doesn't want her to encounter the same thing that he saw that happened with his family. Personally, what I've experienced in the past was almost the same as Julie's (no life was taken away; thank God). Just like any trauma will do to you, it will always leave a permanent mark or scar in you. It seems Griffin bears this grudge or envy with Roman that he still has it since their childhood. It makes me wonder now what did happened to Roman's family, most especially to his brother Tristan; that Griffin mentioned it again trying to stir him up. Was his family involved in some kind of betrayal or something traitorous that was done to the HIGHER UPS or ELDERS? With the water problem in Veteris being solved temporarily, I wonder what's next that is going to be sabotaged by the culprit who is behind this that continuously hides himself and lurks among with the students in Veteris. What's his reason for doing this, is it only stopping the AWAKENING? The UNWANTED GUEST is one among the suspects; is this one part of the plan to blow the university's cover? Let us find out if there's more than this that's going to happen in Veteris.
