Am I the only one who thinks that this kinda development was way too quick?? I mean the MC is pitifully weak when compared to the villain he'll be facing soon. And having a baby in midst of that is the worst case scenario. I kinda think MC got dumb in the last few chapters.
Well Yun Che from ATG who got his entire planet destroyed with his family begs to differ. Powerful beings in fantasy settings usually have a very low fertility rate to keep the balance in the world. And actually you didn't do anything wrong. It's just my own preference. And this kinda development is usually expected by the end of the novel or when it is near to the end. Hope I didn't sound like a hater or something.
PancakesWitch:not really, i don't see whats the problem in loving someone and wanting to make a family, especially if he has a gigantic floating fortress to protect them
Benladann Drake If you want a relitively underwhelming name theres Drab. Bedra doesnt sound too bad for a girl, Berak or Benrak for a boy. Dren isnt bad, but doesnt have the shine of a character name to me. Benladra is a pretty girl name! Building off Dren you could also do Draen which isnt too bad an option. I do like Kana as a name but as mentioned, breaks tradition. Drake and Benladann could also follow the tradition using their original names to get some interesting results, but I dont know that would really strike either of them as a great idea.
