Honestly, I don't like idea of this kind of gun revolution in ancient times setting. I think it's normal in modern era cultivation novels, but here it doesn't fit.

What's with all the hate on guns? MC isn't starting an industrial revolution here and even if he was, it wouldn't matter because cultivation will always trump early-stage technological advancements. Just the fact that it extends lifespan and let's you punch mountains into dust means more people will want cultivation over technology. Qi already let's cultivators do so much, having a gun would be cool but it makes no difference when there are already flying swords, sword beams, or artifacts that can attack from a distance.
