Heres a question thats been bugging me though. A few chapters back after Gwyn waited for him and told him Elreth isn’t the only female out there. He asked himself Elreth or Gwyn? And then Els mother showed up to convince him to confess his feelings for Elreth. So had she not, would he have ended up with Gwyn? I mean he was actually questioning his options. Makes me wonder if what he’s saying right now is genuine. That he would have waited no matter what.
