I’m thinking Sirius reincarnated into what we will call universe A version of Bai Zemin. Zemin without any interference would’v had a similar skill as universe B Zemin but due to Sirius intervention A’s Zemin inherited part of Sirius legacy and strength of soul. That additional power up plus whatever remnants of what Universe A’s orginal ability should have been is how bai ended with Soul manipulation. A similar skill as universe b but different scale. I bet Universe b bai has something along the lines of spiritual power manipulation or that’s what it will be if they assimilate
