I can see Lilith ripping apart the phoenix over Zemins body just to heal his wounds. If I am not mistaken then phoenix blood has restorative properties.

someone did call it, the guardian was a Pheonix, the question is: is it a higher existance? Lilith and FS left with murder intent so... i guess they can fight it? but if that was the case, why didn't that go with BZ? They weren't able to sense it?... also, soul punishiment, was that an attack of the Pheonix or of the soul record because the a higher order was attacking a lower order?
