I remember Lilith saying something about black, red, and white. I suspect that those colors ar foreshadowing regarding the Lilith, Bai and Shang being in a triangle. I pity Yijin, but I wonder if she is a fire sorrow analog. Maybe the two of them will be stuck longing after “Sirius” and might become good friends later in the story as two love interests who can never be.
