It was mentioned that he could easily manipulate his own blood. If a person is able to control their own blood then healing from any injury would take a fraction of the time, not to mention his increased HP stats. Why doesn't the MC manipulate the blood in his bone marrow to heal his bones in hours, and not wait days for his "natural" healing to take affect?
