It would be nice if Mc experienced some emotional changes due to dragon bloodline as a drawback. Libido is one thing. But maybe worthy to consider would be things like obsessive desire to hoard, disdain toward those not acquainted with Mc (random ppl), hard to control anger when pride is challenged etc. Basically sokethjng "negative" or rather challenge for Mc to overcome since he become blessed with so many op powers.
