I think that in a way Pantu and the rest subconsciously believed that he wouldn't kill countless people just to prove a point. So far he has killed, yes, but only individuals, people who "deserved" it, as shallow as the justification for it might be. They probably thought that he would still target individuals, not truly considering the fact that he will drag others down with them just for the heck of it.

I think horizon should have planned atleast something for his parents, right. I dont think horizon is the type to believe/rely on pantu or goverment . I believe a true country/continent level disaster is gonna happen when horizon "ascends"

This is about 70% overkill. Kill a clown and a dwarf? This is quite normal. At least they're villains. Kill someone from the hero commission too. They were trying to control another person against his will. It's bad. Kill innocent people? Only scum will do it. I hope that MC will lose eventually because by doing such things he deserves to lose.
