Why didn’t the author just show us the evolution options in a table like the stats? I would have liked to see that because then I would have been able to form my own ideas about the evolution options then read the mc’s to see how we differed. Also I like how it looks.

This evolution is way to soon. We're only 11 chapters in. Why not let her be a normal dog for a while longer and struggle a bit? Also the evolution forms seem way too advanced for a first evolution. It feels like the novel is rushing to get to the combat at the cost of the story. She's a puppy, keep her cute for a while longer and let her support the humans with non-combat skills. For example her smell and hearing should be much better than her human owners. You could have use that to decently build up the story before slowly letting her get into combat and eventually evolution. It saddens me that you totally ignored what a normal dog is capable of and went directly to an evolution.
