It is early in the morning and everyone is doing what they usually do

Sonja is at the hospital looking through the glass, starring into Stephan's room with tears in her eyes, she put one hand on the glass as if expecting Stephan to touch back to her, she stood there tall with her dreadful long heels and her clutch purse she started wiping her tears with the back of her hand, "I know you will be okay, I know nothing will happen to you my brother" she said continuously wiping her tears "Just hold on tight, I know you can pull through this" she said putting her hand back on the window again and starting to think of how Stephan cuddled her in the street when she was just a little girl, she thought of the childless woman who took them in when they were kicked out into the street by the father, she took her hand off the window, walked to the seat outside Stephan's room and sat there

"Honey, your breakfast is ready, just like how you love it" said Sophia, Daniel's wife, dressed in her suit ready to do her work as an interior designer walking to the table with plates of food. "Ill be down in a minute babe" said Daniel fixing his tie in the mirror, grabbed his coat and suitcase and came down, "Daddyyy!" screamed his son who jumped of the table he was seating on and ran to his dad who dropped his bag and coat on the chair nearby and lifted his son into the air. "Yes big boy, are you ready for school?" asked Daniel playing with his Sons chin. "Yes Daddy but I don't want to go to school, Mommy said you will take me to go see uncle Stephan, she will be going with my sister to work so I want daddy to take me, Mommy said he had a terrible accident" said Joel, Daniel's son with a sad face. "well, guess what?" said Daniel putting his son down and bending to his level "Visiting hours, is 12 o'clock, how about I call Head Mistress Higgins and tell her you'll be coming with me today?" asked Daniel touching the sons nose "Yeeyi daddy!" shouted the boy with his hands raised up. "Sounds fun baby?" asked Sophia putting her lunch box in her bag. "Yes mommy" replied Joel "Now go finish your breakfast okay?" said Sophia throwing her bag on her shoulder and kissing the husband. She went on to kiss her son's forehead and rub his hair, took her coat off the hanger and car keys from the counter and then she left.

Marry walked in to the station dressed elegant as usual. "Good afternoon" she said with the smile on her face, she took of her shades and dropped them down onto the counter where people do papers signing and verifications "Uhm, I'm Stephan Hashili's big sister Marry Hashili, and I would like a review of his accident file as I feel it was ruled wrongly and I would like to open a case of attempted murder for my brother" said Marry leaning on the counter "I'm very sorry mem, but that case has been closed and ruled as an accident, I'm sure you're aware of it" said the police woman wearing her uniform and a top-hat. "I know it has been closed and has been ruled as an accident mem, but I have new evidence that there was foul play here. There was a man present at the accident scene but he vanished into thin air with his whole family, and he was never even mentioned in the police case, yet I heard that the police was supposed to take him in for questioning" said Marry looking at the policewoman and sure of what she is saying. The police looked at her hard and took a paper "Do you have proof that this man ever existed? Someone who can back you up, a footage or anything?" asked the police woman, Marry pulled a bar stool close to the officer in excitement and nodded her head, "Yes mem, I have available proof, someone who can back my story up" she answered and gave the contact card of Cecilia. "And who are you suspecting in this foul play?" asked the policewoman scribbling down something on the paper "His father, David Hashili" she said with confidence, causing every police person in the station to turn their heads "In that case mem, please have a seat while we call the person to back up your story, because this is a high profile case and it looks like it keeps on becoming higher and higher" said The police woman and started punching on the telephone, in attempts to call Cecilia.
@Daniel's
Daniel took his backpack and his son's backpack as it was now almost visiting hour at the hospital. "Come on big guy, we got to go to the hospital to see uncle Stephans, are you excited?" asked Daniel while picking up his coat and briefcase with his son following him, "Yes daddy, but I am a little bit sad because uncle Stephans got into a car crash" answered the boy looking down. Daniel sat on one knee and looked in his son's eyes "Look big guy, uncle Stephans is a very strong guy, I really think he will pull through, and sometimes some things happens to the people we love and family members also and we can not answer to the question why, it all is in God's hands okay, so lets hope for the better, and we pray and Stephans will be okay" he said standing up and pushing his son at the back of the head expecting no answer in reply "Now lets go before we get late" he added standing up and pushing his son from behind. They left the house, made sure its locked before leaving, got in the car and drove away.

Its not always a bed of roses in power couple's relationships, and so was it the same thing with Evelyn and David in this case, Evelyn was so pissed as she felt that David was very negligent in handling the Stephans saga and she was now letting him have a piece of her mind. "You don't listen do you?, you just had to go on and have it as an accident, I suggested a hit-man but what do I know? Hit-men have been solving our problems in so many cases, why was this any different from the rest?" asked Evelyn who furiously barged in on David with an angry face who was busy in the study. David dropped whatever he was doing on his computer and looked up to his wife who looked like she wants to fight him, "I don't know what you fuming about darling but, its not good for you, you'll get wrinkles", said David standing up calmly from his chair heading to his wife "I'm not in the mood for your flattery David, and let me just disturb your so called peace" said Evelyn pointing to David and then moved away and sat on his desk. "while you are here having a you time, a call came in from the police station, Marry is opening a case against you and she said she has a witness, the police has said Cecilia or whatever her name is" said Evelyn calmly sitting on David's desk with her legs crossed and staring him right in the face. The smile suddenly disappeared from David's face as the reality now started sinking in that he can actually be brought down by Marry. "Cecilia you say?" asked David holding his wife's hands "Yes, and she is on her way to the station so pray she doesn't get there first before you do, because I am not ready to be a wife of a publicly convicted murderer who killed his own son" said Evelyn afraid and shaking "no she wont" said David hurriedly, took his phone and car keys calling, "And one other thing, take care of your daughter or I will" he added and walked out of the study on his phone

Cecilia decided to do a little shopping before going to the police station where Marry was still just waiting for her at the station. Cecilia walked to her car with a couple of plastics before a blue van pulled up, a guy wearing black shades, and black leather gloves rolled down his window and placed a hush finger on his lips signaling Cecilia to shut up, rolled his window back up and drove away, Cecilia got terrified, opened her door quickly, dropping her keys on the first trial, she got into her car very terrified threw the plastics she was carrying to the passenger's seat and held her chest, "My god what will I do?" she questioned herself looking in the rearview mirror right above her still out of breath and sweating profusely out of fear. She held her breath for a moment, turned her ignition on and sped out of the building to the police station.

Sunday walked in to the hospital and found Sonja sleeping on the chair face down on her hips, he walked with his hands pocketed to her, and touched her back with one hand startling her a bit and smiling, "ow hey, is it time for visitations yet?" asked Sonja waking up yawning and then standing up to hug Sunday "Almost, so how is he doing?" answered Sunday checking his wrist watch and then looking into Sonja's eyes. "Not bad, the doctors said he will recover, so its not bad, how was your flight, I guess you must be tired, this whole thing is taking a toll on us, how you holding up?" asked Sonja picking up her purse from the chair "I traveled fine, and well, for someone whose brother almost just got murdered, im going to say I'm actually doing better than I thought I will, so shall we go in?" asked Sunday extending his hand out to give Sonja the right of way, she walked to the door before seeing Daniel on the other side of the hospital, with his son. "You got to be freaking kidding me" she said, tucking her hair behind her ear, holding her purse out with the left hand "What?" asked Sunday before looking at the hospital corridor and saw Daniel who was approaching, he slowed his walking pace when he saw them.

Marry was getting restless at the station as Cecilia is just not walking through the station door and the police was looking at her like she did something wrong. She stood up from her seat and started pacing while holding her forehead and making a phone call to Cecilia, but Cecilia's phone has been off ever since the last time they last spoke. "Ma'am, maybe its time you go home, before you get us in trouble with fake news, you told us the girl is coming but its been hours now and you're still here pacing" said a police woman dressed in black suit walking towards Evelyn who was getting restless "No mem, just give me a minute, I know she will be here, please" said Marry begging the police woman and breathing out loud. Her face was showing signs of discomfort and she wanted to cry, looking at the police officer, "We are working on a time here mem and we just cant spare any more seconds we are sorry" responded the police walking to her office "Please mem, just give me ten more minutes of your time, just ten more minutes of your time, I know its lunch time but, I can handle that, I can have lunch delivered for you, you can get anything you want, all I need is just 10 minutes" Begged marry and went into her bag and pulled out her purse, opening it and taking 200 dollars. "Okay, I wont be leaving the office for the next five minutes anyways, how about that?" asked the police holding Marry's shoulders to calm her down "Thank you mem, thank you so much, I know she will come" said Marry with her face lighting up and her getting excited "Now put that away before you get me into trouble" said the police pointing with her pen to the 200 dollar note and walked into her office "Sorry, it was my only shot, maybe ill buy the lunch and deliver it myself some other day", said Marry, put the money back into her wallet and walked over to a bench next to the office, and sat.

Sonja walked over to Daniel who was halfway across the hall and stood in front of him "What are you doing here?" asked Sonja angrily with her arms crossed. "Look Sonja, I am here for Joel's sake okay, he said he wanted to see his uncle and I had to bring him, please don't punish my son for my own causing please" said Daniel looking sympathetic and begging Sonja who was at all not convinced and not sympathetic at all. "Is it really that or maybe you feel bad about your fathers deed?" asked Sonja holding her chin and looking at Daniel "I told you I brought Joel, now are you going to deny my son to see his uncle?" asked Daniel holding his son by the hand "Daddy? Why is the new Aunty angry? Did I do something wrong?" asked Joel about to cry, looking at his father's face and then looking back to Sonja "I'm sorry sweetie, I'm not angry with you just your father honey, now if you want to go see your uncle, come with me, daddy on the other hand, will stay outside here" said Sonja, bending down to the kid's level and leading him away looking at Daniel from head to toe and continued walking "Okay Sonja wait" said Daniel finally swallowing his pride and started walking towards Sonja looking apologetic "Okay, honestly, I didn't just bring Joel, I thought I forgot about everything about us, as a family and also you guys but after what happened, the accident and all the recent drama, I realized how much I missed you guys and I couldn't believe my own father did what you guys are saying he did, if its really not an accident, he went too far this time and I just want to see if my brother is okay, please" added Daniel close to tears. One would actually think he is redeemed and turned into an angel. "Okay, come on in, that doesn't mean we forgive you so if anyone else finds you here, it is going to end pretty bad for both you and I. I can't really prevent you and your son from seeing a family member but just do us all a favour so you should be fast, no one needs you there, especially Stephans himself, if he was awake im sure he will fight you himself" Said Sonja Holding the door for Daniel and his son, Sunday was already inside the ward. "Thank you so much" said Daniel and walked ino the ward with Sunday looking right back at him.

Both Marry and the police woman were now getting restless when Cecilia finally walked in "Thank god you got here, where have you been, the police was getting restless" said Marry Standing up from the bench "Lets just get this over with, I want to get out of here" said Cecilia standing holding her handbag and looking frightened, "For sure, yes please, lets get this over with, follow me, the police is waiting for us in her office" said Marry picking up her bag from the bench. They knocked on the police door and opened it, they entered and sat down, "finally, your witness got here, So we can then start this thing, Miss Hashili" said the police woman, she took a pen and a paper from a police folder and started writing down the statement given by Marry, Cecilia was just there seated quiet but looking puzzled. The police put down her pen and looked at Cecilia, "Mem, where you at the hospital the night Mr. Stephans was rushed in?" asked the police holding the pen on both ends and looking at the paper at hand to clarify whether she got Stephans's name right. "Yes detective Hamutenya, I was at the hospital that night when they rushed in the patient" confirmed Cecilia holding on tight to her clutch purse with sweaty palms looking scared "and I believe that you are the nurse or secretary that made a phone call to Ms. Hashili here and her father?" asked the police leaning in closer to hear more with her hands intertwined. "Yes I have mem, and I was there the whole night officer" said Cecilia looking at Marry and then looking back to the police officer. "now we getting somewhere, Did you just agree to being there the whole night?, so can you confirm Miss Hashili's story that she just gave me now to write down? And testify to it in court?" asked Detective Hamutenya pointing to the paper where she wrote the whole statement. "Detective, I have been at the hospital the whole of last night and I called them and I saw Mr. Hashili walk in but I really have no idea what other man this lady is talking about" said Cecilia and shocking everyone.
