Yeah I remember all this. And both of them have their reasons and they are valid. We all know he loves her and doesn't care about how she looks. Was just thinking since she knows now he is super strong, maybe she should just tell him and they can work together. But it will happen at some point

Seren’s reason- If she tells him that if he sees her face it might harm him, he would not care about his life and will see her face as he fears nothing. She doesn’t want him to be harmed. (That’s why instead of telling him she asked for promise on their wedding night) Drayce’s reason- he thinks she doesn’t want to show her face because she is not comfortable because of those scales and she is living with this veil covered all her life. He doesn’t want to force her and will wait for the day when she will show her face on her own. (That also shows his love is nothing to do with how she looks.
