I like this type of chapters. Sparsely, yes, but some nontheless. It's a nice breather, helps the flow too, by slowing it down before speeding it in another arc. Just one or even two such chapters between books would be great ^^ (it would be like the first few chapters of a book if you publish them). And it builds something else than just blooshed, it's nice to see friends having some fun together without making it a killing competition...

I can't imagine MC doing anything to get him examined. Apparently he's not going to be involved in the Uchiha incident. And getting the Sharingan would be too much of a hassle. Starting from the huge cost of chakra, ending with ways to hide it.
