Not a perfect system, but works temporarily. When you unite India and have full public support, you should introduce a more fair justice system and then 'put down' those that disagree. Use the excuse of traitor, treason, corruption,etc. Take example of US patriotism act, they use this act to legally terminate all the 'pests'.
