We have all been depressed at times. Try to figure out what's causing that depreciation and end it, whether it's painful for you. But if it is something that has already happened and nothing can be done, it is better to do many things to avoid thinking about it. The latter will not solve the problem but it will give you time to recover instead of lying down, depressed and not wanting to do anything because everything reminds you of that matter.
