Why would she eat it if she knew the contents bc look i may not be Sherlock homes but if i knew something was poisoned i really would not eat it so why did she was it to prove a point or what???

Poor girl, I pity her and she was so depressed knowing her uncle want her dead also. They loved her wealth, but not her. She choose to die.
