I think her mother truly doesn’ t know how evil people can be. And this is beyond evil… you never want to think someone related to you could be that diabolical…. Although my aunt was not this level of evil (also because I’ m a better living condition) but my mom also thought relatives would help in case something ever happened to her… well something did happen to her and the relatives were not at all better.
