Comments of chapter undefined of Inhuman Warlock

The person on the phone has to be Kellian right? I’m trying to figure it out but he is the only person I can think of because everyone else I think of should invoke either a strong negative reaction from luci or a much greater surprised shock while also his casual mention of veracity shows the person should already be involved with his group but I just can’t figure how kellian would still be alive besides maybe leaving part of himself as a shadow back in elisium but not sure if that’s possible
