He's talking about early streams of Exile, before Parthus even joined the game. So he's comparing the Exile of now to like the first public streams. Parthus accepted his invitation later than Exile. He waited for the streams to understand the game before joining. Once he did join, he quickly rose amongst the Sommerdan Players.
