I hope the bovel evolves into one where the main characters actually fights. I enjoy mental chess games, but like a main character that depends on their own strengths. Having strong subordinate can never replaces being strong yourself.

I think I’ll Bow out at this point. This novel has not turned into anything I enjoy. Marks of obedience… inserting your will on others… it’s slow… Detention centers for reformation…. Just rubs me the wrong way.
