Was there something else in Vera? Maybe the Queen knows of this. Or was it Gideon's darkness/monster that's awakened by the sight of her- after they made love? But the sound of her uttering his name made him control that darkness that's trying to overpower him? Good to know that Gavy sensed this darkness in Gideon that makes Gav on protective mode..but did Gideon's darkness something that the Queen only can't see or was it just pure negative emotions she can't detect? (or could the Queen be hiding that she sensed all that too?) and what will Gideon do with Vera? maybe some things he didn't get to tell her?
