Gavrael is trying to do everything on his own, for Evie to remain safe and unharmed. It may come as a bad thing (doing it all by himself) but I feel all this worry and care he has is truly genuine. It was his promise after all to protect Evie. But the fae's have a point too that it's not just his fight .. but the light fae's as well. Maybe they should wait and see how things go..give Gavrael a chance. If its not working to his advantage, then that's the time to help. But I wonder how Evie's gonna break the barrier!
