Surprising move I guess for Evie if it's from Gavrael but knowing that latter, he'd try solving things on his own. He wouldn't want Evie there with him I think, coz he's trying to prevent that nightmare he's been having to happen. To protect Evie! To prevent the dark fae from knowing of Evie's existence (coz he'd most likely attack) But when did Gavrael made the barrier? And with a barrier now,would Evie know Gavriel isn't back yet, that it's all Gavrael still? Would she come to the realization to this? Would Evie try to break the barrier and rush in to helping Gavrael? Or give up? Where is Onyx?Could he be of help or did he have something to do with the barrier( I mean Onyx and Gav..maybe there was an understanding of some sort) Onyx part is a bit of a long shot..just guessing!😅😅 thankies for the chapters💕

Gavrael has totally underestimated Evie if he thinks that is all it will take to keep her in Crescia. She will find a way to break the barrier, just as she got out of his barrier previously. This will delay, but not stop her. She will be furious with him though for keeping her away from the war.

i think Evie should be able to break the barrier cuz she's much stronger now. but are we sure Gav put it there? is Thundran capable of doing this🤔 also if Gav put it there his mentor should show up soon right?

So did Gav send her with a barrier to stop her from being a part of his war? Likely to protect her and the light fae people?

War is a strategic and competitive game of chess. To win you must understand and anticipate the next move of your opponent. It’s not time to move the Queen 👸🏻. Gav will let you know when to activate the tree. However, if it’s a dubious 🤨 move by him you could, most likely, dismantle the barrier. On the other hand he knows that you’re very strong willed and this is the only way to keep you stranded for the time being. Until the time is right for the Queen to make her move. I truly hope that this is the case. Thanks for the great chapter Kazzen.

it's obvious the Gavrael put the barrier there! That's why he ordered the men to take her there because he knew there was no way she would be able to awaken the tree and there for leave. However I feel that she now stronger then his dark magic and will find away to either bake it of find away around it. Also is it just me but where is the duchess and children!?!?!? it seems like she forgot about them still being missing.

Ahhhh this can't be possible how did Gav do this when and how he was all the time with Evie ahhhh yeah maybe the day they where departing I remember he when to do something can't be possible that he doesn't want her to go to participate in the war because he is afraid of her being killed ahhhhh what is going on. Ahhh that why he was so obsessed with her to be there before she wake up now what she is going to do because this maybe is a protecting barrier to stop she from revive the tree 🌳 🤔.
