So it sounds like even though the dark elf can't inter the forbidden forest, he can somehow affect the beasts there? There seems to be some very beautiful places within the forest that it makes me wonder what really happened to make the forbidden forest the way it is now. I hope that when Evie gets to the heart of the forest she is able to fix what happened there and Gavriel is there also.
