I hate that they have to be seperated, especially since she has fallen in love and yet her father is here to “rescue” her. I know that was their plan in the beginning but she obviously had no way to let her father know she didn’t need to be saved. Hopefully the stone that reacts to her has some power to protect her from any threats the emporer or his people may be. It would be super awesome if the stone gave her the power to control all the dragons against her father if he does take the emporers side and attack Darcia!

I definitely cried in this chapter. The love they have for each other. Evie will stay strong and will make sure no one treats her badly. I hope that her dad listens to her and will teach her how to summon the dragons.

awwww.... I don't want then to separate but I understand author. This is where the plot thickens but I just can't wait until their reunion. I know Gav will do everything in his power to get back to his wife and conquer the kingdom. I'm glad Evie and Gav solidified their relationship before all the drama could began to take place.
