So 100s of stats since he was a baby, and he's still cant dominate a kid his own age that the author hasnt set up as even that much of a genius in the first place? I know lots of his stats went into int, but a lot didnt..... I feel a bit like his system is pretty weak and perhaps the weakest system ive ever seen.

at this point the relationship with the mother goat is just weird. I mean even under normal circumstances don't most boys at 14 stop being mama's boys, at least openly? plus he sent all that time training without her so he should have come back from that without his dependency on her. With the asspull of the 'bribes' the last couple of chapters to this chapter, the quality of the writting has really dipped. I have been pretty tolerant and accepting of the whole goat mama thing, but this speech is one of the worst I have read in a novel. It feels like the author isnt really planning out anything and has failed to either draft and vet the chapters ahead or maintain a checklist of details.Can understand why people drop this novel at this point.
