He had all that training and for 10s of chapters hasnt had a fight where his growth was shown to us. It still seems like mama has been winning his battles for him despite the fact that she had a very vague power up while he gained more than 100+ levels.

So nobody thought to just tell the instructors that William will have his magic back in less than a year. Also I look forward to finding out what Spiritual aptitude is and what classes correspond to it.

5 years will be over on a flash - by then his aptitude will be way beyond S class and even SSS as lightning prince. My guess his first "unleashing" his powers will have something to do with a girl he likes. (There are a few candidates in disguise around already.)
