I checked this novel today expecting an update, and then the cold reality of this book having ended kicked in. At least I still have your other books to look forward to, as well as the sequel to this one. Don't feel rushed to get it out though, please take your time so you don't get burned out. This book was a great experience, thanks for bringing us along on this journey with you!

Honestly I enjoyed the novel, and I don't agree with the author giving up on it, but it was disappointing especially the last chapter because that was highly unnecessary and I feel there should have been a better end to the story and not the stupid way it ended. I am a big fan of your books and I was beyond disappointed the way u ended Noah's story. You should have considered the thoughts of your readers that followed the story to this point. Anyways I had to let u know because I was very angry about that last chapter. I also agree with the guy above that so many actions were unnecessary. Well I wish you the best in your future books and hope you learn from this. Thanks for all your awesome stories

I didn't know you had such a low opinion of this novel that you wrote. I respect writing novels as a way to experiment with genres and gain experience as a writer. But I wouldn't have read all the way to the end if I didn't find it very enjoyable! The thing I liked the most about it was that it was a lot more action and combat-focused as compared to your other novels. It really fit well with Noah's battle junkie, warmonger, conqueror mentality. If there's one thing that I think this novel (and some of your other works in general) does poorly, it's that the things it sets up doesn't always have a payoff of any kind. For example, near the beginning, Noah and his party went to great lengths to curse the brother of Noah's bully since that person was an S-class hunter and they knew they were gonna have to fight him at some point. The curse was meant to weaken him enough so that they could stand a chance against him. So it was expected that there would be some epic battle between him and Noah's party. But before that can even happen, Noah and his party just become stronger than him anyways, making all their efforts spent cursing him pointless. Also they never came to blows with the Watchers. They mentioned that the Watchers had special monsters called Mechanicals that they would send down to wipe out the humans. I was hoping to see them fight the Mechanicals at least, but they left for Vedas before that could even happen. Try to take this as constructive criticism. In the meantime, I have more of your novels to read!
