what i mean about the the awesome novel "Monster Paradise" is not the background story but the way his he using his summons, ( a cards system) and also look at the novel "Long Live Summons!" there he use special book grimoire to store and summon his summons, i hope it can give you great and good ideas, you started the story really good, continue :)
